Cracking Art journey through China has reached a new destination. After Shanghai and Wuhan Cracking Art zoo of giant animals has arrived to Chongqing, one of the largest city in the world with over thirty-two million inhabitants.
On Saturday, November the 25th, the exhibition opening ceremony has seen a parade of wolves, frogs, snails, swallows, meerkats and tropical fishes: until the end of January 2017, more than 380 artworks will be part of a spectacular installation in Yuzhong District, the prestigious heart and main business district of the city with its skyscrapers that are among the highest in the nation.
Cracking Art animals will light up the nights of Chongqing Tiandi with bright colors bringing a magical wave of participation in the most populate area of the city. In fact, the location choice fits completely the movement philosophy, built on a creative practice that bases its installations on the direct interaction with artworks.
